Email and SMS campaigns for a waterproofing company
Waterproofing has a slow fuse. A homeowner gets an inspection in April, does nothing, and calls in November after the first freeze pushes water through the wall. Your list of past inspections, open estimates and finished jobs is the cheapest inspection source you have, and most companies never touch it.
What works: a note before spring thaw to every open estimate from last year, a battery backup reminder to past installs before storm season, a "booking exterior work for April now" text in February with a deposit slot, and a referral ask at the one-year mark with the warranty reminder. The mistake is a newsletter about the company picnic, or a discount text that trains the list to wait.
At two weeks, working means the list cleaned and split, two campaigns sent, and a count of inspections booked from people who already knew you.
